FISC has bipartisan support over the years, you seem to think that this is the only case of abuse, very naive to say the least. We overreacted to everything after 9/11, this is just one more example.

Oops, maybe you cannot falsify documents in order to spy on your political opponents.

Judge blasts FBI over misleading info for surveillance of Trump campaign adviser

"The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable," Collyer wrote. "The FISC expects the government to provide complete and accurate information in every filing with the Court. Without it, the FISC cannot properly ensure that the government conducts electronic surveillance for foreign intelligence purposes only when there is a sufficient factual basis."

FISA Court Finds "Serious Fourth Amendment Issue" In Obama's "Widespread" Illegal Searches Of American Citizens

Obama got caught spying on over 30,000 Americans, illegally. Before all this new FISA on a Presidential Campaign occurred. Obama was running a KGB style operation, like the Commie he is.

Did we impeach him? We damn well should have.

Huber was having a little fun with that tweet. The criticisms he quotes are from a 2002 FISC memorandum opinion. I think his point is that the FBI/IC abuse of surveillance authority is decades old. Neither the FISC nor the Patriot Act are the underlying problems. imo, without the FISC the abuse would be worse.

I wonder why Horowitz told the truth this time and admitted there was political bias?

Dan Bongino presented some Lisa Page tweets with McCabe where the case could be made that there is or was an attempt to spy on Jared Kushner. That is BIG. Guess we'll have to wait for AG Barr, Durham and Huber results.

I agree with Rand Paul that the secretive FISA courts should be abolished.
