Sounds to me more like this was a case of a disgruntled criminal. You likely won't be able to reasonably blame that on the NRA. Trial first, verdict second.
The three outlaws is who I blame and who are responsible for this shooting. The three guys dressed in black who started the shooting in the fist place.

From what I read, there were three criminals who started this shooting, not just one. Two of the three gunman are dead and one has no information provided on condition.
