How are you feeling about having a Dem speaker of the house who's abusing her power and trying to usurp the power granted solely to the Senate by the Constitution?

Nope. Doesn't work that way.

US Senate is under no obligation to fix a failed Democrat process in the US House.

The House has no authority to state the president is guilty.

All they can do is allege that he is.

What all can see is that this was never anything more than partisan games.

Like it or not, Trump has been impeached per Harvard law professor.

Constitution trumps any arcane rules you might cite.

According to the Constitution, impeachment is a process, not a vote.

A Republican Supermajority can reverse the 22nd amendment.
Tell that to Pelosi. She's such a dingbat, she thinks the Senate has to remove President Trump from office before she has to submit to them the articles of impeachment. Par for the course, that's what she did with Obamacare too. It had to first be passed into law before we could see what was in it.

He's also selling a book. "To Impeach The President". It's right there the page you linked. Maybe you didn't see it.

Burnt.

Why are you citing an excerpt from the House manual? It has no relevance or authority over the Senate.

The US Senate is not under any obligation to fix a failed House but they certainly have the option to. You seem to be operating from the perspective that the Senate doesn't want to bear this burden and I'm operating from the perspective that it benefits the Senate to take it on.

True and still the Demonicrats have fumbled on the 1 yard line as they were going in for the TD and Trump picked up their fumble and is going for another TD....fun.

This is the most partisan, biased, and baseless devoid of facts or law in history. Nancy already caused the Global Financial Crisis last time she was Speaker and now the impeachment about nothing...no wonder her teeth are falling out.

Sadly, it does not really matter. What does matter is that the Democrats just handed Trump relection whether or not he was truly "impeached". He will not be removed from office by the Senate. he will run again and he will win. And the main reason he will win is because of this rushed, partison impeachment. Sorry but it is true and so severly pathetic. I dont like Trump. I dont like politicians in general. I would rather Trump not win. He will. And people like you just cannot and will not see straight. Blinded. Its truly astonishing.

Has Trump been impeached? Has Trump not been impeached? Everyone here has their opinion but there is only one (maybe two) entities whose opinion really matters.

First, there is the opinion of the House. The House has sole authority to impeach a President. If they say he has been impeached then he has been impeached. If they say he has not been impeached then he has not been impeached. I think that is one reason Pelosi has refused to take questions since the impeachment vote. She knows she will be asked that. she doesn't want to say definitively.

Second, there is the opinion of the Senate, in the case of the House refusing to state their opinion.
