Of course you are simply arguing a nonsense point and making up fallacious strawmen to defend. Here she is in her own words.

Yes, you can. Once again, the Senate has sole power to detemine how it conducts it's trials. It doesn't have to parallel the judicial court system. You're making the mistake of trying to draw a parallel to a judicial court trial.

Besides, both parties are amply represented in the Senate. The Dem minority leader can do it.

Is this really what Trumps suck ups think a winning strategy is? PRETEND the vote to impeach didn't happen? PRETEND that he isn't only the 3rd President to be impeached because of some semantical rule someone dug up? Like the guy who hit a grand slam to win the world series but never made it around the bases because he was mobbed at second base didn't REALLY hit a grand slam. Everyone knows he hit a grand slam.

Everyone knows Trump was impeached. Now move back to saying "The Klan were Democrats", a strategy which has turned exactly 0 black people to voting GOP. Keep saying "he wasn't REALLY impeached" and see how many people, other than like minded right wing media loving clowns like you, buy it.

I heard an interview with Ross Garber, who teaches impeachment law at Tulane.

He said that the Senate is in ultimate control at this point, and that that is backed up by the 1993 SCOTUS decision Nixon v. United States (Judge Walter Nixon, not Richard Nixon). He said that Nancy can only do this right now because current Senate rules don't demand a 'delivery date' from Nancy, but that the Senate can change those rules and require a 'delivery date'.

Doesn't matter, it's still the truth. And it is the truth the KKK were Democrats.

As far as the baseball analogy, it's more like a biased umpire who hates the team making a bad call. Everyone knows it's a bad call and a sham.

Let’s see how they do after the holiday party. Lots of conversation you think these folks hate each other HA- they strategizing the how, when and where. Everyone gets a piece of some pie. For example - Look at the 20 budget.

Or the Senate can define delivery as the posting into the Congressional Record, which has already been done and is transmitted over the internet to anybody who wants a copy. In fact, here it is:

H.Res.755 - Impeaching Donald John Trump, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors

This really is not that hard and Senator McConnell really is in complete control at this point.

Circular reasoning. Also logical fallacy.
