Susan. Jurist do not get to call witnesses.
These people are in Congress
Why do we need the house to prosecute, if the jury is going to do it?

What do the Bidens have to do with Trump's impeachment? What cn they add to the trial? I'm all for opening an investigation into them to see how dirty they may be. I'm just not sure why folks think their testimony is relevant here. And I see the right is still triggered about the whistleblower even though his points have been testified upon by several witnesses already

Exactly.

What would any of them have to offer on Trump's Abuse of Power and Contempt of Congress impeachment charges?

Why not grill Clinton for 11 hours? It would make as much sense.

Sure! Lets also make sure Trump, Bolton, Pompeo, and Giuliani show up as well, since they actually have something to do with the act leading to impeachment.

For those that want Republicans to agree to witnesses, start by getting both Adam Schiff, and Joe Biden to agree to testify first, then we can talk about witnesses.

Until then, how would it be fair for the dems to get witnesses they want, but not the White House?

Why is the criminal justice analogy so hard for you guys to grasp?

The House = The Grand Jury
The Senate = Trial Judge & Jury

You're asking why do we need to have witnesses called to the stand when there's already grand jury testimony...
