Exactly. Tell the OP that.

The fact is properly used immigration can greatly benefit a nation but a welfare state cannot take in those poor, huddled masses yearning to breathe free.

You want to keep flooding this country with millions of immigrants. I bet you also wring your hands over global warming all the while not caring about the fact that we don't have unlimited buildable land or potable water. Our infrastructure is crumbling and there isn't the money to fix it. Meanwhile, communities are forced to choose between repairing the existing infrastructure or adding to it.

What's this "your leader"? Unless you aren't an American citizen, he is "your leader", too --- like it or not.

It would be nice "to lose one of [the] major talking points". That won't happen until a moratorium or a major reduction in legal immigration and a major reduction in illegal immigration happens.

Thank you. Criticism from those of your faction, is an award of merit. Your leader is like a sea anchor, holding us back. He's also holding you back and pulling you down as well. Somehow, he's clouded your minds and rendered you unable to see what he is. When we save ourselves from that menace, we will be saving you. That will be a tough reality for you to face.

The Fed caused the Great Depression. At least that's what Alan Greenspan said.

No, it's a fact, and you're a clueless youngster.

If our government was functional, maybe a compromise could be worked out where the DACA people are given amnesty and citizenship in exchange for a multi-year legal immigration moratorium. That's how government used to work, where right and left hashed out a deal with some give and take.

So...you're not an American citizen? Otherwise, if you are, he is your leader, too.

What does your rant have to do with an immigration moratorium?

To those of you opposed to sensible, legal immigration: how many young Americans have you raised/are you raising/do you plan to raise?

If you answer "none" to the above questions but you're still young enough, I suggest you do your part and get crackin' in helping to create future generations of productive citizens.
