Supposedly this is a Trial. Jurors (Senators) are required to be present and are restricted to the Chamber (unless you are a Senator from Tennessee going to an interview with FOX NEWS). The are supposed to NOT DISCUSS the case with others, not even other Jurors.
If that is the case we have a MISTRIAL happening or we have to dismiss those jurors who have gone on television.

And they also nailed the 2018 elections, the 2012 election and the 2008 election. They missed on Trump electoral college but got the National vote right...polls aren't perfect but every member of congress has their onwn private polling and it drives votes in the congress and Trump himself.

They already are. And the new charges have everything to do with this trial. Please stop blowing smoke.

That makes no sense. The legislative branch can't use the judicial branch to get at the executive branch. There's the US Constitution.
