Supposedly this is a Trial. Jurors (Senators) are required to be present and are restricted to the Chamber (unless you are a Senator from Tennessee going to an interview with FOX NEWS). The are supposed to NOT DISCUSS the case with others, not even other Jurors.
If that is the case we have a MISTRIAL happening or we have to dismiss those jurors who have gone on television.
it is just another SCAM

They did not. In fact they were completely wrong about it.

Not really true - the Dems failed to follow the process required and then complain. You need to get it right.

It is the Dems that didn't do their due diligence BEFORE voting for impeachment. They will NOT vote to dismiss, they will vote to acquit.

Wait. What did they charge him wiht again.
  • Obstruction of Congress? - A meaningless term not based in any statute.
  • Misuse of Power? - A telephone call.
I'm surprised you'd say that even anonymously.

The Dems were blocked at every turn. I guess they figured they didn't have the five years it would take to go through the courts. So they used the evidence they were able to get and impeached him. Thank goodness for that.

That makes no sense. The legislative branch can't use the judicial branch to get at the executive branch. There's the US Constitution.

excellent strategy, cut corners and come up losers! A failed impeachment, I'm proud of the Dems too.
