As of May 2019, according to Salon Magazine:
Quote:
Adultery laws, which make sexual acts illegal if at least one of the parties is married to someone else: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Fornication laws, which effectively make all forms of sex outside marriage illegal : Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah.
Granted, those laws are seldom to never enforced these days. It is also a crime in accordance with The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) for service members and they still actively enforce it. It used to be more common and was illegal in more states when Clinton was president - including in DC, although I think it carried some obnoxiously low fine like $5-10. Matter of fact, his impeachment led to a rash of states officially decriminalizing adultery.

Trumplings: "tRump never committed any crime! Fox and Rush told me so!"

All Americans outside the cult see him as "individual 1."

Lefties: Trump is Hitler, and a Nazi, and a dictator, and worse than the terrorists on 9/11! CNN and Rachel Maddow told me so!

(And ONLY the members of the radical left cult call him Individual 1. He is the president of the United States, and has accomplished much despite the never-ending hate spewed his way. That is why he will win again in 2020)

I believe he paid off Paula Jones to the tune of $800,000 to drop her lawsuit against him. I would have rather seen Clinton go to trial and yes....see justice for what he did.

(That IS who you're talking about, isn't it?)
