Adultery laws, which make sexual acts illegal if at least one of the parties is married to someone else: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin.
Fornication laws, which effectively make all forms of sex outside marriage illegal : Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah.
Granted, those laws are seldom to never enforced these days. It is also a crime in accordance with The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) for service members and they still actively enforce it. It used to be more common and was illegal in more states when Clinton was president - including in DC, although I think it carried some obnoxiously low fine like $5-10. Matter of fact, his impeachment led to a rash of states officially decriminalizing adultery.

I believe he paid off Paula Jones to the tune of $800,000 to drop her lawsuit against him. I would have rather seen Clinton go to trial and yes....see justice for what he did.
(That IS who you're talking about, isn't it?)
