I never watch these things, but I heard the Impeached president's sotu speech was full of lies.................
You have also heard it was the best State of The Union speech ever. Evidently, you just pick a side and believe it.
Do you see anything short sighted or possibly even irresponsible about your approach?
Of course it was. The whole SOTU is kabuki. Her abbreviated announcement, his hand-shake snub, her tearing the speech, back to the SOTU where Trump started his speech before Pelosi had a chance to announce him and probably before.
It's ALL been planned, it's ALL childish and petty and should be beneath the offices each of them hold.

I still do not see that Trump snubbed Pelosi on a handshake. He just handed out the speeches and immediately turned around. He was already at a 90 degree angle to Pelosi as she started extending her hand out, from where she was holding her copy of the speech.
First off, Trump did not shake Pence's hand, so it's clear the Trump was not going to be shaking hands after handing out the speech.
Secondly, as I said, Trump immediately turned around. I really do not think he saw her hand start to come out, from the corner of his eye. It would be completely different if she extended her hand, and he clearly looked at it and turned around. But he never saw her hand.

I'm kind of surprised he shakes anyone's hand...he's a germophobe and prefers the Japanese bow to the handshake...he hates handshakes.
