I watched it on the local channel (SF Bay Area). They aired it without any interruptions so I was able to watch the entire thing from very beginning to very end. Great speech for sure, very informative and it covered most, if not all, bases.
And all that big show on Tuesday night and ratings were down 27 per cent from last year.
Still bigger than Obama's LAST SOTU but way down from Clinton's SOTU when Clinton was in the midst of impeachment.
This isn't good for Trump.
He put on a show and the ratings sucked.
This will hurt his feelings.
Bigger than the last three or four of Obama's SOTU speeches - and the ratings do not include streaming, which is how many people watched (several on here for instance, including me).
You know all that nonsense the Democrats came up with about Pelosi ripping up the speech because Trump snubbed her handshake ?
Seems the old bat had the entire speech pre-ripped.
It should have been wrapping paper for the gift it presented Trump.
