That's exactly the point. Stone got especially harsh treatment because of who he was. Thankfully, someone stepped in to check the rabid political fervor of some crooked prosecutors.
How do you know they are crooked? Oh, maybe Trump told you that, trying to save his buddy.
One clue would be that Stone's Federal prosecutors, just quit the DOJ.... They got caught.
They didn't get caught. They got disgusted by Trump's and Barr's interference in the sentencing. Ethical people don't want to be associated with that kind of illegal stuff.

He got WikiLeaks to publish info that was hacked by the Russians. Yes that contributed to influencing the election. You think that is ok? That goes directly back to Putin.
