Sharp contrast between Trump’s messaging today and that of the “ Corona Truther”. Dr Fauci. Leaving the stage as Trump did was perhaps not the best optic. Then again, it avoided another instance of Trump getting into the weeds with a reporter, calling a question “ nasty” and a repeat of “ I am not responsible”, going viral, around the world.
Pence & Co are doing a better job of managing their boss.
Then the local feds should have done something, prior to those planes arriving. Are those, such as in Illinois, to incompetent to understand what is coming into their airports?
What is a local fed? Federal employees get their marching orders out of Washington. State and locals from their state and local officials. Are you saying local authorities should have stormed the airports over the jurisdiction of 'the feds', the FAA, TSA, DHS and other federal officials?
Nine investigations proved she did nothing wrong. And she easily withstood a grueling 11 hour interrogation by the Republicans and came away unscathed. Meanwhile, Trump won't even go under oath because he knows he can't speak without lying.
Yes, given the choice between those two, it's easy to see Clinton would have handled this much better. But then, a trained monkey probably would have handled this better than Trump.
All they care about is that she’s pro-choice and pro-LGBT. That alone completely makes her incompetent in their view. They care about nothing else. The fact that they believe any and every conspiracy about her without question yet refuse to believe anything negative about Donald Trump, even when it’s on camera, proves that fact.

This doesn't make sense. The amount that people are willing to pay IS their current value, by definition. It's actually the stores who are charging 1/10 - 1/20th their value right now. That's why the products disappear from the shelf as soon as they're stocked. If stores raised prices to meet demand, we wouldn't have this situation right now where nobody can find anything.

Sadly too many conservatives are caught up in the panic too. I never said the leftist plotters were stupid. The hype was well planned and orchestrated and very effective at frightening people. It appears the enemy has bested the country, we have all been fooled by this. The intent of this is the destruction of our capitalist economy.....we see that happening before our very eyes.
When we all wake up in May in the economic ruins of this country then will be the time of decision and the time of reckoning. We will either stand up as Americans or we will submit to the marxists.
A lot of people have been reporting this on here and my doctor told me she had heard it a lot. All DECEMBER. What I got was extremely powerful. I haven't been sick since 2014. Then the Saturday after x-mas I got a 103 fever, then a cough and then my doctor was so freaked out she made me get a chest X-ray and prescribed an asthma inhaler. Normally even a high fever cold lasts 3-4 days. This lasted a week. My symptoms are always the same as well. They always start with a sore throat. This didn't.
This was different. I am not saying that looking back. I am saying that because even at the time I was worried. I actually called my insurance nurse line due to the high fever that wasn't easily knocked down my motrin.
Given how close this was to the break out, it is entirely possible that is what it was.
I also agree that the government has been stalling to avoid the sure knowledge that they were not prepared. Now that we are expecting an exponential increase in cases... they are increasing testing. It will appear that they cases just increased, but the reality is that about 25% of the population already has it.
But you know what... that is some good news some people have already had it and are immune.
My husband got a very similar illness in late January. High fever (103.9), it all started with a weird cough that got very severe. He was also checked out for pneumonia and given an inhaler. He was tested for influenza (negative). They did throw an antibiotic at him (doxycycline which they would give for pneumonia) and it actually did help. So not sure if it was COVID or just something else since the antibiotic seemed to help. He didn't rapidly improve though and he ended up feeling poorly for another 3 weeks.
I sort of thought "maybe he had it" but then I figured, since it's so contagious, surely I would have picked it up or his coworkers (yes he was at work when it first started) but nothing.
