Yeah, he better sue the hell out of the state. They illegally took his substances. It again, isn’t a human necessity. I firmly believe he was within his rights.
The CDC developed guidelines for how to effectively communicate to the public in these situations. The Trump admin apparently threw them out the window.
There was a petition to prosecute these guys - it appears they violated Tennessee code for being jackasses...

No they don't. They have to take their guidance from the federal government (OPM). So a city could be closed for snow but the feds still go in.
