Trump is no leader. He should have done something sooner instead of downplaying it and making it political. And now he says he knew it was a pandemic all along. He is such a liar. He and Faucci seem to be on different pages as well. Governors are the leaders in this. The most aggressive states fighting this are democratic. And Trump has no control over the death toll. The stimulus package is not enough for the poor and middle class. And what Trump did today to Peter Alexander was appalling and showed exactly why he's no leader. At least Pence showed compassion when he was asked the same question.
I am curious, how much earlier. News of this Virus came up in mid-December. By late December travel restrictions in and out of China were put in place. Containment protocols enacted. Teams of the world's best scientists lead by the CDC start working on a cure. The pushback on all these messaures came from, wait for it! DEMOCRATS! Even the W.H.O Called his travel ban racist. Then, we are supposed to trust these "fair and neutral parties" to supply the United States with Masks and test kits? Give me a break. The W.H.O looks like a 3rd world country practicing medicine. They look VERY bad in all of this. They took China at their word and helped spread their lies and engage in a cover-up.
Republicans were the only ones getting things done, as usual. All this is happening as the Democrats did nothing but engage in a sham impeachment desperate to link Trump to all things Russia. It's hysterical how we haven't seen Schiff or Nadler since their epic failure. I am still waiting for Schiff to show us the mountain of evidence against Trump that he has claimed to have for 3 years. Democrats and liberals are a greater threat to this country than COVID19. Their lack of doing anything legitimate, credible or productive is going to destroy them. They can not hide from this problem that they helped cause that has led to untold numbers of people sick and dead because they wouldn't work with this President to help keep this country safe when He and Republicans were doing everything in their power to contain this virus at the source. Instead they called him a racist. Pelosi said he was hysterical and above the law trying to deflect from his "forever impeachment" and, he was trying "to manufacture a crisis that doesn't exisit."

Stop with your rant. They absolutely are leaders. Republican governors did not take this seriously at first and some still don't. DeSantis has been criticized for not closing beaches sooner. Even Rick Scott said they should have been closed.

When it was first reported in China we should have taken measures to make sure our country could deal with it. We should have been very proactive. Are we just stupid not to know it would come here.
And I’ll be glad to play videos of hypocritical journalists calling this “Wuhan virus” or “Chinese virus”, but now questioning or criticism of Trump’s continued use of this term. They are very much on record criticizing preemptive travel restrictions.And do I need to quote Chinese authorities’ denials of the seriousness of the outbreak?
