Another example of the US willingly giving up its position in world leadership.

So you are clapping when Trump wants you and your friends and fellow citizens to die faster in future and workers kicked out from your labs/Clinics
So strange...

....
Well now we can spend 100% of that money in the US.
Thanks for pointing that out!
..and YOUR country can make up the difference if it's so inclined.

ETA: I guess this was pretty obvious, eh?

Since Gates was unable to state exactly WHY it was a bad move, maybe you can? You do realize that WHO is funded for the rest of the year and their current wasteful spending on First Class airfare and 5-star hotels will continue for the moment?

We need to stop funding the U.N. and also get them out of New York.

That is a bigger priority than defunding the WHO's but I support both....these are anti-America entities that we fund more than anyone else....that's dumb.

Riiiiggghhhttt...

January 21:

The first U.S. case is announced in Washington state (as well as Vietnam and Singapore). WHO says the virus risk globally is high.

January 22:

“No. Not at all. And we have it totally under control. It’s one person coming in from China, and we have it under control. It’s — going to be just fine.”

He has worked with the WHO to eradicate disease outbreaks particularly in 3rd world countries. I don't know where you get one world order but diseases do in fact cross the borders of countries as was the case with Ebola and the swine flu.

Factually false, is it your ignorance or your dishonesty?

WHO met on Jan 22 and 23, both times voting NOT to declare a global health emergency and to NOT raise the global health risk. Trump's seemingly dumb statements were based on misleading and false info fed to him by WHO. Here is an interesting site for the timeline:

Coronavirus: A timeline of how the deadly COVID-19 outbreak is evolving

26 Jan:
US, France to evacuate nationals from Wuhan; WHO changes risk to ‘high; Mexico confirms first case

22 Jan:
WHO hold on declaring international health emergency
