Approx 40 % from that money goes to labs,clinics and health science located in US.
So you are clapping when Trump wants you and your friends and fellow citizens to die faster in future and workers kicked out from your labs/Clinics

This is a bad move by Trump particularly in the middle of a world wide pandemic. The WHO has made mistakes but so has Trump but this was terrible timing, review of the mistakes can come later. Gates said it best.
Since Gates was unable to state exactly WHY it was a bad move, maybe you can? You do realize that WHO is funded for the rest of the year and their current wasteful spending on First Class airfare and 5-star hotels will continue for the moment?
We need to stop funding the U.N. and also get them out of New York.
That is a bigger priority than defunding the WHO's but I support both....these are anti-America entities that we fund more than anyone else....that's dumb.
I don't know, maybe they'll downplay an emerging virus and tell the world everything is under control until a pandemic explodes?

What would anyone possibly care what Gates, a "one-world-order", "everyone must be controlled and dictated to by the ruling elite", wanna-be tyrant, has to say about this?
He has worked with the WHO to eradicate disease outbreaks particularly in 3rd world countries. I don't know where you get one world order but diseases do in fact cross the borders of countries as was the case with Ebola and the swine flu.

Factually false, is it your ignorance or your dishonesty?
WHO met on Jan 22 and 23, both times voting NOT to declare a global health emergency and to NOT raise the global health risk. Trump's seemingly dumb statements were based on misleading and false info fed to him by WHO. Here is an interesting site for the timeline:
