You can't really blame Trump for shutting down the country. That was Governors, Mayors and Businesses decisions, not Trump's.

Embarrassed by his fallacies he walks out of his last news briefing, couldn't take the heat anymore. Such a child.

Yup. He accepts no responsibility at all. We're on our own.

He does like taking credit when he thinks something is going right though, even when he has nothing to do with it.

I'm guessing Trump realized his daily "briefings" were not helpful.

Those are funny!

I read somewhere that Trump is now saying that attending the briefings is a waste of his time.

For once, I agree with him - he is a huge waste of time.

Yes. He tweeted that . That scares me more than a shot glass full of bleach. Why? Because this is a democracy yet it seems we work for him not the other way around.

Didn't Trump say that he "Called the shots"? Surely everyone knows by now, after watching his awful briefings, that he is utterly incompetent.
After his disinfectant statement, even I felt embarrassed by his failure to understand that injecting yourself with bleach would be dangerous or even fatal. But maybe some of Trumps supporters might try it, they seem to be dumb enough to do just that.

There is no national strategy for dealing with the virus, nor will there be, as long as Trump is in charge. Because it would be hard work, and he is not interested in that.

I laugh at him, but -
