A man in our neighborhood has recovered from covid. He is in his 50's and very fit with no underlying health issues. His case was fairly mild but he and his wife had to quarantine pretty much all of April.

How many people who have died have been labeled as covid victims? Most I am quite sure.
MANY. They are inflating the numbers. Now if someone dies with symptoms of COVID, even if they are in the final stages of cancer, they will be counted as a COVID death. No test is required.

P.S. My dad, may he RIP, had been on a long, slow decline toward death for several months. (He was in his mid-90s.) In the last hours, his breathing became labored. This was many months before COVID, but I have to wonder if his death would have been attributed to that, were it to occur today. (Breathing difficulties is the obvious symptom.)

I know of several friend of a friend people that had it and died. didnt know them personally but I was in contact with people that were exposed to the virus. So I limit my time to groceries and wear a mask.

Our corner convenience store gas station was closed down for cleaning because of an employee had it.

NJ is second to NY in outbreaks so all these states opening up that think quarantining is over done are next.

Not me. Never even get a cold and have not been to a DOC since 1990.

A co worker tested positive. He is fine. Even with that though, in a workplace of probably 200+ people, only one tested positive.

Very true - anecdotal evidence should rule the world!

We're going to find out 20% of the population has antibodies to it and that it's been not much worse than the flu. This evidence is already there, has been there for weeks, you just need to look for it because the media seems to have a different narrative they are promoting.

I could be wrong though. They can do what they are going to do. I don't care much either way if things reopen fast or not.
