The answer is pretty simple ... TeamObama claims the transcript proves General Flynn lied.
They have refused to produce that proof. The “lie” is supposed to be about Sanctions, General Flynn said he didn’t recall speaking about Sanctions at all, the call was about a “tit for tat” fir the expulsion of Russian Diplomats that had just happened.

Are you sure there's a transcript of the interview ? I think the edited 302 notes are the record of the interview.
You probably haven't read those notes, or Flynn's motion to withdraw his plea, which details his explanation for the guilty plea [not that either would budge you from 'he pled guilty, therefore he is guilty']

Yes they have the FBI notes from the interview but I'm not sure they are complete but there is no actual transcript. We only have the transcript from his 4 phone calls and I believe one of the FBI notes indicates he has no recollection of speaking about sanctions to the Russian ambassador.
Pretty unusual that KT McFarland didn't recall him mentioning the calls when there were 4 of them over several days, hard to believe that Flynn's conversations with Kislyak slipped her mind.

WRT the Flynn Kislyak phone call, there was absolutely nothing wrong there. As of January 4th, 2017, the FBI was going to close out the case on Michael Flynn wrt his Turkey contacts, then on the 7th Floor, from Comey's office, "Let's keep this open."
Then right during that time, "Gross Negligence" for Hillary Clinton's email server was up in the air.
