I often find it hard to believe it when people don't recall significant events. Hillary's interview with the FBI was littered with I don't recalls and to the best of my recollections I had trouble believing, but it's darn hard in a criminal case to prove the person did recall and was giving an intentional false statement. imo, that's why the FBI/DOJ needed and had other ways to pressure Flynn into the guilty plea.

And the claim that the documents show Flynn lied is ridiculous. You have a transcript of a phone call, but there are no documents showing what he said when questioned by the FBI.
And even if he did lie (which you have no way of knowing), so what? It's not a crime.
You missed all Trump, Staff and family corrupt and fraudulent action's. Flynn got caught by a law pushed into after 9/11, by the GOP. The irony is hilarious.
Flynn lied and pleaded guilty to those charges.
The documents that have been released only prove that Flynn is guilty.

It sounds like Sullivan has not assumed the role of prosecutor. Sullivan brought in another Judge to sit in for the prosecutor. Sullivan can continue to not accept the DOJ walking away from a guilty plea. Flynn can be put in jail and then get to appeal just like all criminal's.
Yes they have the FBI notes from the interview but I'm not sure they are complete but there is no actual transcript. We only have the transcript from his 4 phone calls and I believe one of the FBI notes indicates he has no recollection of speaking about sanctions to the Russian ambassador.
Pretty unusual that KT McFarland didn't recall him mentioning the calls when there were 4 of them over several days, hard to believe that Flynn's conversations with Kislyak slipped her mind.
KT was not on the beach having beers with Flynn when it happened, why would he be in touch with her while on a vacation after a hard win.
