Now you can argue all you want about the legality of my position, or Flynns attorney however the conduct by the FBI I think is shocking to the conscience of many educated and learned people. If that does not comport to the legal thinking....there is a flaw in the box.

The Sidney Powell and Tom Fitton forced the FBI to release the Brady Material they had hidden the entire time and the truth finally made it to light. We also find out, Flynn's former attorney, with ties to Eric Holder, was colluding with the FBI to pressure Flynn.

The FBI who investiagted him said he did NOT lie!
No they didn't. They said that he did not appear to be lying at the time they interviewed him. Apparently, when they checked the facts, it turned out he was lying.
If a child sincerely said to his parents that he got an "A" on his test, it might not appear to them he was lying. But in the end the report card might tell a different story.

Of course I did. You argued that, regardless of the law or posture of the case, failing to dismiss the charges against Flynn would be an "injustice". I responded by pointing out that Flynn's own actions don't exactly scream "victim who has been railroaded by an unjust system."
I've seen many sources indicating he discussed sanctions but haven't seen the transcripts. Why did he ask for help from other staff members if that wasn't the case, the FBI had the tapes that could prove his claim.
Told ya.... Flynn's name was NEVER masked to begin with, because Obama ordered ALL of Flynn's communications(without a FISA) and McCabe, Comey & Clapper complied....
