They haven't release any evidence yet but the President is saying he plans to release "a detailed report proving it was a lab leak"
I personally believe the President has seen such evidence, however, releasing this evidence would likely scare a lot of people and cause other potential conflicts. (although necessary in the long run to help expose the CCP)
I think it was either a Biolab security issue or an intentional ploy to stop the HK riots and hurt the western worlds economy.
To say that he is lying and is just saying that to gain him votes is hard to believe. I personally dont think the president would make up seeing evidence over something so controversial . It would be truly immoral to make up seeing evidence of something so controversial so I hope he can release the evidence or report or whatever he has.

I have my doubts about lots of Covid-19-related things that we are told, but IF this is true, I think it would be very unwise to make such an announcement right now, or really any time in the near future. Entire cultural relationships would likely be jeopardized, and it wouldn't surprise me if it provoked some sort of retaliation by China.
No, he won’t release anything because it’s all made up.
It wouldn’t be the first time this administration lies. We are used to it. We know how this story will end. We also know his supporters will make apologies when nothing gets released.
Kind of like the evidence he has that millions of people voted illegally? Or that his inauguration was the biggest ever? He has no evidence because it isn't true.

I'm not trying to play victim but i don't even feel comfortable saying "trump" and prefer to say "our president" as "trump" has such a negative connotation for some people

The President along with the secretary of state both said that they've seen evidence the virus was a lab leak.
