Nobody seems to be calling the stay at home orders, restrictions, demand to wear mask in red states as authoritarian....they are just policies to open up.
They would have gone after Trump right off the bat if they thought they had a case, but even they don't think the handling of the virus violated anyone's constitutional rights.
You and the fringe (+Russians) are the only ones who believe it.

That's my point. There was no violation, so they don't have a case. Me Total Authority instructed States to close down, but it is not in violation of the Constitution.

Just like how the Trump's stimulus was "cooperation between the public and private sector" but Obama's stimulus was "hardcore socialism".
I hate both teams but at least Blue means what they say, and say what they mean.
I imagine the only freedom and liberty groups you would support focus on protecting religious liberties.
