I thought the “ACLU” was founded to defend and preserve individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this country by the constitution.
ACLU doesn't care about civil rights; they are primarily a front for liberal causes. If they were a civil rights organization they would be working as hard to protect the 2nd amendment as they do to kill tiny humans.

They would have gone after Trump right off the bat if they thought they had a case, but even they don't think the handling of the virus violated anyone's constitutional rights.

Our country was founded and a revolution was fought during a smallpox epidemic. I'm quite sure many of our founding fathers would be leading the charge for another revolution about now. In fact, they'd have done it a LONG time ago.

Governors, mayors and judges are issuing the lockdown orders, not the president. The federal government doesn't even have the authority to issue such orders, and it hasn't.
