Ghetto girl or fight or flight instinct, whatever. She looked scared to me though. And as we all know, tensions are probably extremely high in that city because of the lockdown. I would have had way more respect for the guy if he had used that video to protect himself from allegations to the police, but he posted it online and caused her entire life to be destroyed over what amounted to a nothing argument among hundreds of nothing arguments occuring at that park on a daily basis.
Her behavior came across as ready to fight. As a dog owner, she should have known better than to let her dog roam in the park unleashed. As someone else said, not sure he actually posted the video but she caused her own demise.
But that’s another reason why her actions are ridiculous. At a time where people are sick, why even approach the man? He wasn’t coming close to her at all. Guess social distancing was off the table because someone asked her to comply with the rules.

Because he had already agitated her with the things he had said before recording. Then he turns the phone on. He's controlling the video, he knows to be calm, he knows she looks crazy and he looks cool. He's no idiot.
That is the MO of most of the "shaming" videos that get a lot of views. At least he admits the things he said, and the dialogue between them, before she freaked out. It doesn't seem like he thinks there is anything wrong with it though.
He really does seem like a Park Narc/HOA controlling type. He will personally make you follow the rules or face the consequences. He met up with a woman who probably never gets challenged even if she's wrong and she freaked.
His weapon was dog treats, her weapon was saying black man to the police. Both are control tactics.
I just don't think the two are that far apart, except she had a bigger weapon, which of course backfired on her bigly.
