They did; the shelter took it back.

Just to clarify, immediately before he started filming he said "Look, if you are going to do what you want, I am going to do what I want, but you're not going to like it " and then he called her dog over to him and reached in his pocket.

When a dick and a d-bag cross paths in the park, and it becomes national news.

I do wonder what the guy was planning to do with the dog if he had successfully lured it over to him though.

From what I gather, she has a good job with one of the big investment firms.

if you were in the midst of the ramble, nobody else around and this big male says that to you, what would you do? just smile and say, 'have a nice day' and turn around and walk away? That has gotten so many women raped and murdered because they were afraid of the stigma. 'oh, I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings...' or 'I don't want to be labeled the r word...'

come on!
He was filming her. He wasn't wielding a gun or brandishing another weapon, just filming her. The threat is pretty obvious in my mind, 'I'm going to post you having a damn breakdown and falsely accusing me.'

Or do you automatically think black man + 'you're not going to like it' = physical violence?

Thats good to hear. Horrible the way she was choking him. Plus, she seems like she isn’t capable of taking care of herself, let alone a dog.
