If you don't do fast food, then your take is the muy virtue signaling of all virtue signaling. Besides, this is not all Wendys, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell's, since Bodenstedt, the CEO of Muy! Companies, only has 400 or so franchises that he owns. He does not own them all. He is a franchisee, not the franchisor.
Read, understand, then do you virtue signal bit.

I don't think the idea is to "destroy" anything, but as consumers, we would be wise to spend our money in ways that we believe reflect our values. I'm sure everyone who has posted in this thread has at least one establishment they do not frequent for this reason.
I picked up my visits to Chik-Filet after the Dems tried to destroy their business because they didn’t like their political stance, and I will do so now with Wendy’s. (And thanks for the tip about the chocolate shake - I’ll go over there today.)
Looks as though a lot of people did the same after the left tried to destroy Chik-Filet, they did better than ever and that continues today. Hopefully that will be the case with Taco Bell and Wendy's.

since this is a franchisee, and not the corporation, it would only have an affect if you ceased going to one of his locations that you had regularly visited before.
If you are choosing to show your political loyalty by making a point of eating fast food....Bless your heart! LOL.
I always think it is so funny that these fast food chains are so quick to release statements to denounce the rumors or distance themselves from whatever it. You'd think they are truly concerned about losing business.
