It's one thing to get furious when someone is handcuffed on the ground and a cop is on his neck. I'm enraged about Floyd's death too. Absolutely unnecessary.
It's quite another when you have video (from Wendy's surveillance) of a suspect stealing a taser and aiming it at the cop.
Don't be naive. The left has no shame. There is no bar too low for them to try to limbo under.
Remember, another 4 years of Trump will send them into chaotic convulsions. Don't underestimate their level of despracy.

I guess we'll see.
I do wonder - if this had happened a month from now, when many cities would no longer be sending cops to the scene but rather unarmed civilians who deal with issues like a sleeping man in a car blocking the drive through at Wendy's, how this would have ended in that case?
I can guess. The unarmed non police would have arrived, woken the guy up, he would have driven off and perhaps killed someone in a car wreck.
One other thing: something that is likely to be problematic with regard to police reform is that this is such a hot button issue that politicians are going to want to be involved and have their hands all over this. The problem is that I personally think that civilians really have very little clue about what constitutes sound law enforcement policy and use-of-force policy. They may mean well but they have no law enforcement training and I think that is likely to become obvious. As much as they might not want to, they really are going to have to include law enforcement personnel in policy reforms & training reforms to try to ensure that what the politicians/civilians are proposing actually makes sense and is feasible for law enforcement.
Did those Atlanta morons loot that damn Wendy's where it happened? It looks destroyed.
WTF did Wendy do to you people?
ETA: Yes they did. They're trying to set the place on fire right now.
