But note that the three dissenting votes are all right-wing justices. If this a "pro-human" for the GOP as you claim, why did these three justices decide to go against "pro-human"? Because at the end of the day, it is a right-wing platform.
Furthermore, Roberts went against same-sex marriages, so the fact that he changed stance is a surprise to some.

He posted a link from the NYTimes that the Supreme Court has ruled that Civil Rights Law Protect Gay and Transgendered Workers. He wrote "how about today's apples? Gorsuch and Roberts go Left!"
I would call it "they go human" . Most people do not care if someone is gay or trans in the workplace unless UNLESS as a result they get preferential treatment by the boss/owner or they don't pull their weight at the job. That goes for anyone. If someone is a lousy co worker then that is another problem.

Why can't some people see the bigger picture that someone can like Trump and not be a racist? Or they support the Second Amendment but they do not support deranged murderers that shoot up schools. That is simply false. The civil rights act of 1964:
Prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
That pretty much covers all of your examples except for the LGBT group.
For example if a white guy is working at a business with all non white co workers and a new boss who is black becomes his supervisor. The black supervisor cannot fire the white employee because he is white.
The problem I have with the ruling is that the whole sexual orientation being sex discrimination isn't true in every instance. Thus, the ruling was overly broad. But I'll never be upset with people getting more rights, even if I don't think they were awarded properly.
But I find it interesting that it's only conservative judges that seem to have flexible ideologies on the key issues. Loony bin, bat**** crazy leftist judges like Sotomayor and Ginsburg never seem to bend from their position.
