So it seems the court simply ruled based on existing law, "Scary, isn't it" .....
Legislating from the bench, activist judges. LOL

So now we are going to impeach justices when we don't like their opinions, Gorsuch and Roberts will be gone just like Trump's cabinet heads.

Scalia didn't get impeached for Citizens United so there is precedent.

Roberts clearly committed perjury before the Senate Judiciary Committee. His lying began in his opening statement, which said in part "...Judges and Justices are servants of the law, not the other way around. Judges are like umpires. Umpires don’t make the rules, they apply them. The role of an umpire and a judge is critical. They make sure everybody plays by the rules, but it is a limited role. Nobody ever went to a ball game to see the umpire."

In several cases Roberts has ignored the rules and created laws that were expressly against the will of Congress, which is the only branch of government authorized to make laws.

For lying to Congress, a felony, Roberts should be impeached.

….another boring liberal who claims impeachment without knowing facts.... ZZZzzzzzzzzz

It all makes so much sense now that Bill Kristol was breathing down his neck with his fangs, chuckling the whole time.
How far in the fetid swamp of alt-reich politics do you have to trod to see Dubya as a comparative liberal?

This thread says more about how RWNJ the usual suspects on this board are than it throws shade on Justice Roberts.

The SC just made the law in the job discrimination case. Roberts helped make Obamacare law when he decided the word 'penalty' means 'tax.' This the SC only interprets line is drivel.

I think you mean you think the outcome was right, whether or not the original EO was legal.

Because Roberts allowed an illegal EO to stand while setting aside the remedy to the illegal EO.

.
Its not about the legality of the EO.

In his ruling he said " Its not whether DHS may rescind DACA( they may ), but its about the way they went about it".

If they can try one more time to rescind it convincingly, they can still do it.
