Libs don't view a filthy ghetto as "failed". They're right at home in a filthy, crime-ridden ghetto.

According to libs, their city is a failure if it looks nice, well manicured, good police, low crime, lots of bussiness and low unemployment.

A success to libs is a city thats torn down, high crime, lots of homicide, druggies running the streets, run down, abandoned buildings, high unemployment, everyone sucking on the welfare teet...
