Radical leftist are pushing a cultural revolution. Radical leftists are engaging in violence. If radical leftists take control of the country in November we are done for as a nation. The fact that so many people agree with silencing Americans for political speech is very frightening in an Orwellian kind of way.

What is "social media pressure"? Are people forcing you to post things on Facebook or Instagram?

Take some responsibility. The right wants employment at will- companies can fire you and don't have to tell you why.

Leftists are carrying out a violent insurgency in the streets of our nation. People are being killed, threatened and having their businesses destroyed. It is their disorder I hate, not their freedom of speech. Yes I want their rebellion destroyed. I want the president to use our national guard to put down their insurrection. I am NOT in favor of silencing anyone, but I am in favor of stopping the leftist insurgency. If the leftists insurgency were to successfully gain power I would support secession and rebellion against them just as our founding fathers would expect of freedom loving Americans. Radical leftism is incompatible with American life. It is this sentiment that some posters in this thread have taken offense to.

If someone tried to silence liberal voices I would stand alongside those liberals to protect their liberties as well. This is the United States of America not the USSR. Personal liberties are the most important freedoms we have. Also I should make clear the fact that I do not support the kind of police abuse seen in the Floyd video. I also have absolutely no issue with those protesting that abuse peacefully. I also believe the violence has nothing to do with Floyd but rather it has to do with the radical leftist agenda and ANTIFA. This is about turning America into a socialist nation. It is this radical leftist point of view that I hold in such contempt.

You do mis understand me and my post however if you think I wish to silence anyone. Nothing offends my sense of freedom like violating anyones freedom of speech. Violating the rights of Americans is the very issue that gets me so riled up to begin with. As I said I would stand right next to my political opponents and defend their right to free speech to the end.

There is however no place in America for violent radical leftists and their attempt at revolution which is occurring in our streets now.

Radical leftists burn, loot, kill destroy and terrorize.

Protesters publicly dissent, voice their concerns all while following the law and being civil.

I saw a video of BLM protesters confronting a Trump rally. The trump people let the BLM activists go to the stage and voice their grievances. They had a civil back and forth with the crowd. It remained civil and ended civil. Both the Trump activists and the BLM activists behaved like good Americans. It may shock some liberals but we conservatives hated what those police did too. You think we support that? We support police reform but only in a way that also protects the vast majority of officers who are good people. We support law and order. I think those BLM activists even cam away from their encounter with Trump people understanding that even if there was no agreement on what to do about it. I wish I could find the video to link it here but I don’t remember where I saw it.
