I recommend taking Vitamin supplements everyday. Eat Vitamin D and zink. Also, plenty of fresh air and exercise. Fight the virus, any virus the sensible way.
We are OVER the whole wearing mask and 6 feet distance. Especially since we are literally exposed to this all day long.
BTW you're not exposed directly to infected people if you are masked and gowned up like you claim. How about this...work with those covid infected patients without wearing your PPE.

That I try to do with One a Day Vitamins. It includes zink. Today, for exercise, I walked to one of my favorite restaurants for dinner.
