How can it not affect all of the teams they are scheduled to play this year? Currently, the only option being discussed is their Spring Training facility in Florida. You think playing in an un-domed stadium in Florida in August doesn't affect the game?

That doesn't do any good and it continues to implicitly endorse the behavior because the team still receives credit for the TV ratings.

One must simply accept this fact: Sometimes bad people win and it has nothing to do with how good or bad they are at their job. Art Model, Fletcher Cox, Eddie Lampert... The first one was not particularly adept at his job, the latter two are. In sports or not, bad people, but has nothing to do with their success.

There has always been plenty of Baseball played in Florida all summer long. Players adjust, but it is unlikely they will play in Dunedin. Latest reports are they are trying to lease another teams AAA facility up north or even use there own AAA facility in Buffalo. Lights are not great there but they could do day games only.
Another option is to play all games on the road. With no fans it really don't make a difference. If its a designated "home game" they bat last. Not really many other other options.

Well maybe MLB could give out free tickets to minorities? Nah, we know they won't do that lol.

So let's see...it has to be something cheap that they can point to as significant....hmmmm....a uniform patch or maybe a moment of silence?

Well, that's my serious guess.

I found some of the joking ones pretty funny.

And back in time, some view the Rocket Richard riot as a racism incident, white anglos vs white francophones.

Edit: An earlier post mentionned then athletes are ahead of the curve but what if they was a bit too far ahead of the curve?
The other day the Maple Leafs wore BLM shirts during practice with photo ops.

Let's see how they would react if we write instead "Francophones lives matter" or let's troll them by marking on their shirts "BLM sponsored by George Soros and the Rothschilds" or"BLM only matters when killed by white cops, we don't give a road apple when killed by another black".

Gutless wimps. Let's see them wear shirts saying "Parlons Anglais en Quebec" when they play the Montreal Canadiens.
