UAE and Israel were already allies. UAE signed the agreement so they could qualify for more arms purchases from the US as a formal Israeli allies. They both backed the Al Qaeda and ISIS mercenary forces in wars throughout the MENA.
Most intelligent people have known for decades that Israel is surrounded by mostly other US allies. The whole myth of being surrounded by hostile Arab governments is a myth perpetrated to get aid. The only countries with which they've had animosity are Iran, Iraq, and Syria, all of which were invaded by the US as predicted after 9/11.
It's about time that the world realize that Israel is here to stay.

Just like NK, Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria 'pullouts' and of course, the DOA 'deal of the century' and 'renegotiating' the Iran deal: anything Trump touches diplomatically is a lie that will escalate into a war.
