It's kind of fun, in a sad, predictable sort of way, listening to the liberals trying to downplay this. It just burns them up, having to give Trump credit for something good happening in the world.
I wonder what would have happened if the exact same agreement had been signed, but Trump had opposed it tooth and nail every step of the way. I'll bet the liberals would be falling all over themselves to sing praises to this historic accomplishment and to viscously mock Trump for being on the wrong side of history. It’s not a peace agreement, as the UAE and Israel have never technically been at war. But like every other Arab country, with the exceptions of Egypt and Jordan, the UAE and Israel have been in a state of Cold War for 50+ years- no diplomatic relations, no trade, no contact, etc. things have been warming up for the last few years, and this makes it official. It is a very positive development. I wouldn’t categorize it as a huge win for Trump, but his administration helped broker it and for that they should be commended.
What in the hell are you babbling about????? UAE is not a nuclear country. They are in no way a threat to Israel nor have they EVER been a threat to Israel. In fact, they couldn't care less about Israel. All UAE cares about is keeping their economy afloat now that oil, their primary cash cow, has crashed. This is in no way the giant deal-of-the-century you are trying desperately to paint it as. Trump and Noble Prize, which some in Republican circles are crowing, is an oxymoron--with the emphasis on "moron". All this is, is Trump creating a diversion from having to face the real problems plaguing this country like Coronavirus, the cratered economy, collapsing education, and criminal doings in the USPS as Trump tries to sabotage the election.
