Pelosi ends house recess due to PO concerns, not concern about helping people in need due to China virus !!!

What's important to Nancy ?

China virus relief ? No

Elections ? Yes

Getting liberals elected is more important than getting relief to citizens in need due to the China virus !!! She went on recess knowing the pressing need to reach a deal !!! That didn't get her to end the recess !!! Getting her to end the recess was concern that maybe her party won't win elections !!!

Pelosi calls members back to Capitol Hill to consider USPS legislation, calls post office 'Election Central'

IF she is going to be in town and the Prez has said will yield, what makes you think they wont strike a bargain for COVID- as the post office was the HOLD up??

The ball is in McConnell’s court.

Trump has made clear what he wants to see and will approve.

McConnell is likely a tad preoccupied with his own re-election. Unlike Pelosi, re-election of McConnell is not a sure thing.

Maybe McConnell is too busy fund raising for his own re-election.
It's not really in his court, Pelosi still has to pass a bill without including the voter fraud assistance that she wants. That's the only thing holding up the second stimulus.

Is she willing to help the public without getting the voter fraud she wants? We'll see, but I doubt it.
