That crowd had no business being there and burning property. He had every legal right in that state to protect property under the castle doctrine. It does NOT have to be his property.

Interesting. How does one person breaking a window turn a supposedly "peaceful protest" into a 3 day , 5 mile, $350 million in damage, 1300 properties damaged, riot ?

I'm calling BS. If it was truly a peaceful protest, nothing would have happened other than some asshat breaking a window at an Autozone. It's just another way the media polarizes the situation, and some people fall for it.

I can't believe the lack of common sense and critical thinking society has now.

Correct, but irrelevant to the case.

The post I had responded to is irrelevant to the case, my post was relevant to that particular post.

so you think Kyle is guilty just for being there that night and bringing a gun.

but you conveniently forgot to mention that those 2 dead guys and Mr Unicep weren't not supposed to be there either, and Mr Unicep Man shouldn't bring a gun?

The lack of common sense and use of 3rd grader logic in some of these Rittenhouse threads has been eye opening. People are clearly let their biases control their thinking. Seeing a lot of pretzel logic happening.

You. me. and and almost everyone stayed home jerome. Rosenbaum could have stayed at the hospital or with his girlfriend, who told him not to go joe. Huber could have been at a skateboard park mark, Grosskreutz could have gone to a shooting range with his Glock jock.
