Perhaps the judge will provide him a "safe space" to deal with his victimhood. The way things have gone with this judge, I wouldn't be surprised if he offered to pay for it.
His business was part of a group defending the town from these arsonist rioters.
Why should these people have to back down and let these rioters take over the streets and burn their livelihood down? The weak Mayor won't let the cops stop them. So kudos to them for taking a stand and protecting their own.
Why should they lay down to the violent mob?
The only thing Kyle saved that night was a paint job on an old dumpster.
Well that's what happens when your own witness testimony supports the defense. LOL. This trial has been nothing but a train wreck for the prosecution.
Agreed. The prosecutor ought to be disbarred for even bringing the case in the first place. Frivolous, malicious prosecution at its finest. The ADA at the prosecution's table literally sat there facepalming.
Kyle isn't on trial. What's on trial is the right to self defense.
And there are a ton of people -- just read these forums -- that believe if a person approaches you, you should allow them to beat you and if they have a gun drawn you should do the right thing and just eat that bullet.
Because defending yourself is the wrong thing to do.
He is a low life piece of trash destined to be a loser no matter what had happened in Kenosha. He'll end up like that other punk that started a fight with then murdered an innocent black child - Zimmerman - deep in debt and up to his eyeballs in trouble.
Trayvon was not an “innocent black child” and Kyle is not a “low life piece of trash.”
It really is astonishing that you thought to post such nonsense. Also I think your post is racist.
Someone please correct me if I’m wrong here, but per my concealed carry training I was told that you cannot purposely involve yourself into a violent situation where you may have to use your firearm, only to claim self defense if you end up using your firearm.
Did Rittenhouse shoot in self defense? Yes! My question is, what business did he have being there in the first place?
Does its matter?
Nope. Not at all.
You don't lose the right to defend yourself ever.
I realize that there are people who are really hoping that they do lose the right to defend themselves. You can see their posts everywhere.
If I go to the bad part of town late at night, in a 125K Mercedes, stop at 7-11 to grab a snack, leave the car running, the windows down and the radio blasting, would you agree that there is a very good chance of some confrontation?
Actually no.
The local crowd would think you were a dealer and leave you alone.
Since he was falsely called alot of nasty, totally evil things like a white supremacist by that stupidazz Biden...and the hundreds of death threats...what is going to happen to him to keep him safe? He is only 18, and the world knows his face. Will the feds protect him?
He doesn't qualify as a defendent.
He will just have to live in a conservative area, in which he will be a hero, and avoid liberal hell holes.
Hell..................... he would never have to buy a drink again if he lived where I do.
