Glad to see you'd choose to bet your money based on facts vs feelings.

You're right, Kraus probably will walk. Prosecutors are rarely punished for misconduct, which is an absolute travesty.

I have 5 guns. I'm not against gun ownership except to people who shouldn't be owning them and high power rifles.

But like I said: He shouldn't have been there in the first place. He ONLY went there to cause problems.

There are photos of Kyle helping to clean graffiti off building walls in Kenosha.
He had a medical bag with him to offer medical treatment to anyone injured in the protest.

He carried a gun just in case, and it's a good thing he did, otherwise he might have been seriously injured or killed by that Biden mob, or possibly raped by that sodomite pedophile Rosenbaum, which Kyle fortunately gave a one way ticket to hell!

Thanks for sharing your opinion. And don't you mean "they" as in all , of those people shouldn't be there, not just "he" ? If not, why only him ? And explain how he went there to cause problems. Is there any evidence of that , that you can prove ?

Was it smart to go there that night, absolutely not. That doesn't mean he didn't have the right to, nor does he forfeit his right to self defense for just going there.

WHY he and others went there with guns?
Because the police were unable to protect Americans’ private property last summer aka Summer of Love.

MY GOD.....that's not the point....it shows their character even the judge said that what they did prior has no bearing on what happened that day.

I Hope you're not calling the AR15 a high powered rifle.
