Overturning Roe does not make it illegal federally. It just vacates the Roe v Wade decision. There is no federal law regarding abortion, aside from Roe, which was written not by Congress, but by the SCOTUS.
If Roe is overturned, that would return the responsibility for abortion law back to each of the 50 states.

Just trying to get some clarity because Trump's SCOTUS noms have been unsurprising thus far. Anyone can copy/paste from The Heritage Foundation.

That list is full of very good, very qualified Conservatives.
That's why we voted for him.
Everything else he's been able to accomplish, especially with the massive opposition he's faced from the Left and the Media.... is just icing on the cake.

Any factoring in of race and/or gender in hiring would be abolished.
All rent control laws.
Any laws/benefits pertaining to illegal immigration. You are either a US citizen or you're not. If no, you are deported.
Strict rules with regards to voting laws.
Transgender: You want to claim the opposite sex? Great. Go for it. However, if you were born a male and want to play on a girls basketball team and the school district says no. You don't get to play.
