Trump is needed for immigration reasons. The countries full to mass illegal and legal immigration.
A 6-3 courts most important task would be deciding and ending birthright citizenship. I could careless
about other things like Obamacare etc..

The courts are not going to end birth right citizenship.

All rent control laws.

Strict rules with regards to voting laws.

Transgender: You want to claim the opposite sex? Great. Go for it. However, if you were born a male and want to play on a girls basketball team and the school district says no. You don't get to play.
So you want a conservative justice to change those things.

A conservative court gutted the voting rights act in 2013, you want more of the same.

What rent control laws do you expect the supreme court to change.

A conservative court has already ruled on many cases relative to illegal immigration, do you think adding another conservative will change anything.

Transgender issues are one of the largest issues facing our country not healthcare?

Conservatives really don't know why they want another justice on a court that already leans conservative they just know they want one more. If they vote on Trumps nominee before the election it will just add to the division in the is country. We have large issues facing us with the virus, China, Russia the economy yet they are willing to risk this selection to add to the chaos, very short minded and for what.

Sure but they think that having one more conservative justice will change the 14th amendment.

I am not in favor of birth right citizenship in all cases but they would need to go back and amend the constitution. Strange that these people like so called textualists only when they agree with the outcome.
