3. they DID declare Obamacare fines a tax. That’s what made it constitutional.

4. Relax, there won’t be any reparations.

6. The Hughes act signed by conservative icon Ronald Reagan?

7. Where in the Constitution does it ban class action suits?
That is the major issue I had. The Obama administration over and over claimed it was not a tax, but then the SCOTUS decided it was. They should have gone by what the Obama administration was claiming, thus making it unconstitutional.

I’m ok with moderate Supreme Court justices on either side. I’m just not ok with those who side with extremists.
If a Supreme Court justice is not pro science or enabling racist extremist groups like the KKK or BLM, they should not get appointed. Otherwise I don’t care, because it doesn’t affect my life in any way.

I don't see this happening for the same reason Roe should be overturned. It's up to the states, not the federal government. Some states could make abortion illegal of course which is their right, which may then put the matter back at SCOTUS.

"science" is a religion at this point. Let's just cut that **** out.

The reaction to Covid at this point is akin to the whole ****ING country being forced to do a rain dance for better weather / crops next year.

Make The Supreme Court Great Again!
I would too...but wouldn't you rather have both??

All we have to do is get out there and vote like DEMS have the 6-3 court.

There is only justice who you probably can predict how they will VOTE and that justice is, Clarence Thomas. Don't put your eggs in your basket just because a justice was nominated by a Republican President, example, John G. Roberts, Jr.

That's fine, but what major rulings have they made in the past when they have held majority for decades?

Evangelicals voted for Trump thinking he will nominate justices who would ban abortion, but he nominated two who immediately said its a settled issue, and that they won't touch it. Same with gay marriage.

Can you explain what kind of rulings they would make about the above issues? None of the above are issues to be resolved by the SC.

For example, the enforcement of immigration laws it up to the executive branch, not the SC.

The individual mandate to buy a product just because you are alive is the one that bothers me most. I am looking ahead to what the radicalized part of the Democrat party wants to do. The insane squad posse. I don't want money going to illegal residents. I don't want college to be a free ride. I don't want open borders. I want a smooth running immigration system. I don't want a government "run" healthcareless system. I don't want stimulus checks going to illegal residents. I don't want tax dollars going to other countries in the name of climate change. I don't want more than 9 SCOTUS justices. I want to keep the EC system. I don't want after election day voting to change the outcome. I don't want early voting (we should have one week for all voting). I want voter ID. I don't want many things the more extreme members who are taking over a once not so bad Democrat party want.
