The distance is true and double what normal social distancing is. The worry about Biden is about aerosol which comes from a person yelling like Trump did at several points. Aerosol goes about 20/25 feet.

PCR tests isn't the only way to determine of you have Covid. PCR can detect antibodies but they fade away in time. Spit tests have been shown to work and so does the swabs. The nasal swab being the best test, not PCR.
Most masks work in the way it protects you from me. Cloth, surgical, gaiters and even KN95 masks do this. They do not protect me from you unless you wear one too. The N-95 masks are the only masks that will protect me from you by me wearing a mask.
Chloroquine (CQ) and Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) have widely debatable efficacy. There are a LOT of conflicting reporting on if it works or of it don't. Yeah and allegedly Trump was too late to Covid test on Tuesday for the debate. Instead his campaign was too busy commenting about Biden having a hearing aide in for a wire. I think going forward it would be who the Committee for Presidential Debates to say if you are not here by this time for Covid testing, the debate is off. No exceptions.
