During a CNN debate in July 2019, Mr. Biden said, “We would make sure it’s eliminated,” when asked if there would be a place for “fossil fuels, including coal and fracking” in his administration.

Default Kamala refused to answer about packing the supreme court.

These people will do anything to have their way. Be very aware and be sure to vote Republicans in Congress.

Just like Kamala said. Pence lied through his teeth.
Pence told the truth. Joe said he would repeal all of Trump's tax cuts on day one. But then telling different stories to different audiences seems to be Joe's theme. He was for, opposed and for the Green New Deal all in about 1 minute in the first debate.

Joe just got called out on his claims (or lies if you prefer that term).

As a person with a pre-existing condition, it scares me to think we could have SCOTUS over turn the ACA and Trump/Pence won't have anything lined up, if they win the election.

What's even worse is that this presidency, is supporting to revocation of the law that provides over 20 million people health coverage, during the middle of a pandemic.

They, at no point in this presidency, came up with a plan that would pass and protect pre-existing conditions.
Because the Democrats always killed it.

They have no need to answer it. I think its clear that if the Republicans push this after their refusal to even give a Obama judge a up down for over 9 months claiming it was too close to a election will pretty much give you the answer. Act too hypocritical, and the other side might return the favor.

Good luck with that. Theyve learned from watching you.

Pence lied repeatedly about things like that. While Trump supporters are OK with being lied to most Americans arent.

When pence refused to say they would do a peaceful transition of power that should make most folks freak out if they love our country at all. But here we are.

I think it was pretty even as far as who won-Ive seen some say her, some say Pence......But the bottom line right now? Pence needed to have a clear out of the ballpark win. Nothing tonight moved the needle I think, and right now Trumps losing big time.
Right NOW Biden says he's not going to "ban" fracking. He certainly doesn't support it, he DID say he will phase it out, and he's ONLY saying it now because of PA and OH.

Harris flat out said she's 100% against fracking and will not support it.

This is the same thing Biden did with the democrat violence and rioting this year. He was quiet as a mouse until he realized that normal people don't support it, and then he came out months after it happened (and after the DNC) and says he doesn't support it.
