There are a lot of threads here where Trump supporters bluntly ask "What crime did Trump commit?" when someone posts about his alleged shady dealings. Forbes, here, lays out a few of the instances where Trump has run afoul of the law.
There are a lot of people who have committed crimes and been acquitted when they should have been sent to prison, and we all know that. I personally thought O.J. Simpson was guilty as homemade sin, but the jury set him free. The question is, are these acts by Trump crimes, or are they in a class of their own? If you don't see them as crimes, would your opinion be the same if the name attached to the actions was anyone besides Trump - a member of the opposition, for instance?

A sketchy background is just something we've come to accept from politicians. Why are you focusing on Trump? I'm not saying he's innocent, but this tactic of holding someone accountable for bad behavior but giving everyone on your side of the political spectrum a free pass is getting wearisome. This applies to both the Left and the Right. Either vote everyone out of office because of their sketchy background or give it a rest.
Why just focus on Trump? Why didn’t that got taken care of during the impeachment fiasco? Why not ask about Biden’s part with hunter Biden and the Ukraine? That is far worse then any straws that are used against Trump, a VP using his position to hold aid money to a country till they fire a official and put his son on a board, and why is cnn and other media’s not reporting it. Don’t say, it’s because it’s isn’t proven, because that never stopped them before.
Ask the Republicans that looked into it and found nothing.
the trump tax returns released by the NYT are pointing to tax evasion and possible money laundering. we shall see.
No they aren't.
That's just a talking point idiots who don't know anything about tax returns repeat.
If there was tax evasion, the IRS would have dealt with it. Tax avoidance is something everyone does. Joe Biden set up Sub S corporations so he could avoid social security taxes on the 11 million in so called speaking fees people have paid him the last couple of years.

The article focuses on Trump, making him and his actions the topic here. The question was, "If these are not crimes, how would you view them if Trump's opponent was the one who committed them?"
It's not a hard question. Can you answer it honestly without trying to deflect away from Trump? Nothing Biden has done or can do will change one thing about Trump's actions.
Sorry, but the left has been trying to pin things on Trump for over 3 1/2 years!!!!! He lives a squeaky clean life compared to the likes of a Biden or Hilary! They are true criminals and both caught red handed.

Again with the deflection. The article is about crimes that Trump has been involved in and paid penalties, not about anything anyone else in the known universe has done. Forbes is hardly "the Left" - They are simply reporting what has happened.
If Biden had done the things Trump did in the article, would you consider them to be crimes? Yes or no, without trying to change the subject, please. That gets really old, and it isn't effective.

Wow!
Surprised the IRS missed that.
