So explain the “hate” part. Why does the Democrat argument mean they hate people?

Democrats hate the people because they don't always vote Democrat, so they instituted open borders to change the electorate and Dems want to send in votes after the election is over.

That makes no sense. It’s utterly bizarre that you even connect “wanting people to be able to vote” with hating people.
Nothing has changed. Get your vote in on time. It’s quite simple. There is a very reasonable amount of time afforded to all.

This is liken to many things in life that are time sensitive. I understand that being an adult can be trying for some. However, most people seem to manage without any difficulties.

TRANSLATION: I can't support any of the "reasons" why there should be an extension on Pennsylvania votes. So I'll just blurt out the nearest talking point fib that comes to mind, and try to get somebody to notice me, and pretend I have a point.

If the votes are cast on or before Nov 3, they count.

So says the laws of the sovereign state of Wisconsin, as duly written, passed and signed by the legislature and governor of Wisconsin, all of whom are accountable to the people of Wisconsin.

The 6 day grace period was pulled out of thin air by an appeals judge who amended the law from the bench, which was clear judicial overreach, and rightfully slapped down by the Supreme Court.

If anyone felt that during covid, some sort of grace period was required for counting mail in ballots, then that proposal should been brought to the floor of the WI house, then voted on, passed to the WI senate, and if passed by both, sent to the governor to become law in WI. That didn't happen. Law stays the way it stays. Welcome to lawmaking in the United States.

Judges do not make or amend laws. They do not command the legislature. They can rule a law comports with the state and federal Constitutions and amendments thereof, but they do not make or amend the laws as they choose.

LAW is clearly defined in the US Constitution

Well I guess extending a voting deadline in a pandemic is the anathema to democracy, the republican dominated legislature that brought the suit knows what's best when it comes to not changing deadlines in the middle of a pandemic. No surprise here, they already lost several months ago 5-3.

Tell it to the WI legislature. It's their job.

Not the judiciary's job to make or amend law, which is all the SCOTUS decided in this case.

That is how our government works. It's not very complicated. Only thing that is sad is 3 Supreme Court justices are cool with writing legislative powers into the judiciary.

What part of that do the Leftists not understand?

The Constitution sets the .date for the Presidential Election, the States pass LAW on how the Presidential Election is handled in each State,

Judges do NOT have the Authority to ignore the US Constitution OR to rewrite State Law.

This is pretty much LAW 101, and it doesn’t matter or should it matter what Party or Agenda any Judge has.
