Are you saying that only people with 7 figures, Millionaires + white+straight can figure out when Election Day is and follow very simple Rules?

That’s both bigoted and ridiculous

Sounds clear to me. If people don't like it, they should have been complaining to their elected representatives who made the law, not to a Court a thousand miles away who has no power to change it.

Supreme Court rejects Democrats' bid to reinstate mail-in ballot extension in Wisconsin

by John Kruzel - 10/26/20 07:46 PM EDT

The Supreme Court on Monday voted 5-3 along ideological lines, with a conservative majority, to deny a bid by Democrats to reinstate a six-day extension for the receipt of mail-in ballots in Wisconsin, a key battleground state in the presidential race.
Good. A common sense ruling. The democrats want to keep counting and counting and counting and....

well you get the idea.

Every vote on or before Nov 3 will be counted.

Been Wisconsin law for a good long while now, no surprises there.

They are doing their party's bidding by suppressing votes. There is nothing in the constitution that limits voting to one day. Its sad to see how low the SC has sunk. Amy Barett seems qualified, but she will probably turn out to be an activist too.

And now with Barret in place, the dems cannot steal the election.

That, of course, was why they were so desperate to delay her confirmation. Any state shenanigans will now be reversed by the Supreme Court.

It must feel weird for the dems, having to play fair and not commit massive voter fraud. Perhaps it is a new beginning for them?

Yes-

Magical ballots found in the trunks of cars, ect.. whatever they need.

With Barret, all of their state approved voter extensions will be reversed, if need be.

No. Please explain the conspiracy behind counting, and counting, and counting. Inauguration is not until 3 months later.

If you can't be bothered to mail in the ballot or go vote.. you had the entire month of october, then it's your own fault if your vote isn't counted. Don't wait until the last second to do everything. PERIOD. We get the results of the election on election day. Vote in October, all votes in by election day. If I was supreme ruler of the country, this is the way I would do it, but then again procrastinators and people who show up 20 minutes late for everything are obnoxious. In my opinion their position doesn't matter, because they are late, and they have no right to be whining when they show up late and others have started without them.

Also, voting tallies should not be revealed, and the votes should not even be counted, until election day..this early counting is a terrible idea for a number of reasons. Elections going forward are going to be a big mess because of 2020. Early counting, late voting, etc.
