No two states open, validate and tally mail in votes the same way. Some states maintained legacy processes when they chose to allow anyone to vote by mail. Pennsylvania is one of them. That’s on the Pennsylvania state legislature.
Fox News was the first to call Arizona and Michigan for Biden. Florida was called early on for Trump because their process for opening, validating and tallying mail in ballots enabled them to do so.
Trump's "lies" are about little things, like he exaggerates facts and figures like crowd size, etc... Trump keeps almost every single one of his promises, unlike other presidents. The only promises Trump can;t keep, are the ones completely out of his control, like McCain casting the deciding vote to NOT repeal the ACA.
Biden will flat out lie, claiming today, that what he said yesterday didn't happen. He will categorically declare on stage, in the Democrat debate that he will eliminate fracking, and in another interview say fossil fuels has no place in his administration, and he'll phase it out. Then bald face lie a week later and say he never said those things. Biden literally says one thing to one crowd of people, and the exact opposite thing to the next crowd of people
Biden is a deceitful liar, and nothing he says can be trusted, none of the promises he makes are worth a grain of salt.

Trump told his supporters to vote in person. Those votes were counted first via automation. Absentee ballots were/are counted manually - they are obviously mostly Democrats (given the pandemic).
This administration excels at making baseless accusations. None have been borne out and there is never any evidence presented along with the accusation. They simply move on to the next accusation.
Trump seems to be pandering to their base with the power of the accusation - like "illegal" ballots aka "legal Absentee Ballots"

It’s interesting that the only states Trump sees irregularities and “cheating “ are states where he’s losing.
