I am sure Trump hopes he can change laws after the fact, but it doesn't work that way.

State statute forbids destruction of ballot envelopes prior to two years. That illegal act throws into question auditing; thus, it could be argued, those votes cannot be certified.

(There are 100K suspect mail-in ballot dates, per the state's official database.)

I believe it’s unlikely they will be tossed in the end though, as Election Day +3 for mail was the law when those votes were cast.
Election day +3 was an illegal action by the Supreme Court of PA.
Only the legislature had the authority to make this change.
They are all going to be thrown out.

Don't forget our bet.

It is a positive step. If those ballots previously accepted but were not segregated but were accepted after the same deadline then this would indicates those ballots must be found and excluded also.

The argument is logical as most of Bidens' "win" came in the last 24 hours of voting. The courts will have to rule if there is a mechanism to find and deduct those ballots or if the election in PA should be re voted.

Nope, courts have just as much authority to rule on election deadline related laws as any other laws and do so all the time.

This argument went to SCOTUS before the election and the change was allowed to stand.

They can throw out every last one of them. They wouldn't make a difference. They were counted, but never figured into the total. It wouldn't make a difference.

This is like what a football fan would say in the fourth quarter - We just scored a touchdown!! Woohoo!!! Now we're only down 38-10.

I think this is the beginning of the court ordered vote count corrections as a result of improprieties perpetrated by Democrats during this election. Just the start.
