What would you like Biden to focus on and accomplish?
Restore SALT, push infrastructure repair/improvement including the Gateway tunnel/project in NJ/NYC, introduce a public option healthcare plan that can negotiate drug prices. Smack down efforts to weaken/delegitimize encryption. Nuke the DMCA from orbit. Make inroads to thawing relations with Cuba. Closely examine the potential to exclude China's role in our critical supply chains and material sourcing. Legalize recreational cannabis at the federal level.

Would an immediate resignation be asking too much?

What i hope Biden can do:
Fix the ship (America) after it hit an iceberg (Covid.) This requires testing and contact tracing, the likes of which Trump could never do and enacting the DPA to produce more masks.
Unifying America.
Making Proud Boys and other anti-government paramilitary groups domestic terrorist organizations because Trump never had the balls to do it.
Improve Obamacare with a true public option and perhaps states mandated to have a state exchange and expanded medicaid.
Social Security and Medicare are solvent since Tru.p attacked them.
Reverse the Trump era tax cuts on the rich and the upcoming tax bombs on the working class.
Lower drug prices more affordable, Trump says he did, but it is debatable.
Introduce Universal Basic Income since the pandemic has shown us it is really needed.
Improve relations with foreign nations that dwindled under Trump.
Use the Justice Department to punish the traitor in chief that occupies the White House currently.

He will though, he isn’t mentally healthy and if I heard correctly had some minor strokes. He isn’t going to accomplish much, except mayhem and higher taxes, regulations, compliance with China and Russia, etc....

He won’t lower drug prices, and the tax cuts you claim only helps the rich, as a employer, taxes were lower on the employees paychecks, so by taking tax cuts away, it will effect the average person as well.
